BRIEF: Create a campaign around Bottleneck Hospitality’s updated loyalty program, changing from pre-selected rewards to a points-based marketplace, emphasizing more freedom for the customer to choose how their rewarded. The goal was to increase signups but also showcase the new change for existing members.

Redesigned the user experience of our loyalty app via the Thanx platform, prioritizing the actions we wanted the guest to take (making a reservations, checking points, adding a credit card, inputting their birthday)
